By using petazypets.com or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission to place an order.

3. Orders and pricing

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed incorrectly – and we will refund you in full if we do. We work hard to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate, and we reserve the right to correct honest mistakes.

4. Subscriptions

If you join Subscribe & Save, you authorize us to charge your payment method for each scheduled order at the discounted price until you cancel. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us: changes take effect on orders not yet prepared.

5. Discounts and promotions

Promotional codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, can’t be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Our content, and yours

The Petazy name, logo, photographs, text and design belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. If you send us a photo, review or comment, you grant us permission to show it in our marketing with credit, and you confirm it’s yours to share. We may remove anything abusive or misleading.

7. Liability

We stand behind our products and the promise on our Returns page. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to what you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Links elsewhere

Our site links to other places, including the marketplaces where we sell. We aren’t responsible for their content or their terms.

9. Governing law, changes and contact
