Processing

Orders are packed within 1-2 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend go out on the next working day.

Delivery times and cost

Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days once the package leaves us, and is free on orders over $[XX]. Under that, delivery is a flat $[X]. [Express delivery: available at checkout for $[X], arriving in [1-3] working days.] We ship with UPS/USPS/FEDEX.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed the moment your package is collected. Tracking normally starts updating within 24 hours – if yours still looks asleep after that, tell us, and we’ll chase the carrier ourselves.

Late, lost or damaged

If a package is clearly late, is marked delivered but isn’t with you, or turns up damaged, email [support email] with your order number and a photo if there’s something to see. We’ll replace it or refund it. You will never be asked to argue with a courier on our behalf – that’s our job, not yours.

Marketplace orders

Orders placed through Amazon, Chewy, Walmart or TikTok Shop are delivered and tracked by those shops, under their own delivery terms.
